House of Shadow is a young adult fantasy/mystery. It follows Miaryn Stone, an infamous thief and assassin, who is hired by the crown prince to find a missing noblewoman in exchange for revenge on the man who murdered her mentor. She is forced to work with his irritating younger brother to track down this woman before anyone else can.
